INGREDIENTS:
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp vinegar (Ones to try: White, white wine or apple cider vinegar.)
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- Sea salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a food processor, blend first 5 ingredients. With food processor running, slowly pour in oil. For best results, chill before serving.Nutrients per 1/2-tbsp serving: Calories: 90, Total Fat: 9 g, Sat Fat: 1.5 g, Carbs: 0 g, Fiber: 0 g, Sugars: 0 g, Protein: 1 g, Sodium: 40 mg, Cholesterol: 50 mg
